Establish K of k restriction for a novel peptide

We've mapped a novel class I-restricted peptide in C3H mice and need to confirm that it is presented by Kk before the NIH tetramer core will fold our new tetramer. Does anyone have have, or know of, a Kk expressing cell line (which lacks Dk) or a Kk blocking Ab that we could use to confirm restriction?

We used antibodies many years ago to show that we had a hybridoma restricted to a hybid MHC class II k/d molecule. You might find the clone names here, probably in the first reference:

Luckily we were able to get a Kk expressing T2 line from the Cresswell lab. Should know by the end of the week if we're binding Kk or not. Thanks anyway! kb
